Peoples ages not put on here.

I have noticed people`s ages as not been put this new site of its members whereas on the other Mutual friends site they are.

What are your thoughts on this?

As for me i always think its a good idea as in most cases you may have similar interests to people nearer your own age group.

Would you not consider talking to someone, because they didn't come into the 'right' age bracket? That would be such a shame, because a potentially good friendship may be overlooked.

I have friends of all ages and consider myself extremely lucky and have the added bonus of a variety of different views on life.

I have no problem with anyone knowing my age, but I would have a problem with people being put off by it.

Maybe because i wrote that people of a similar age to me would have similar interests in an earlier thread.

Thinking about it in some cases yes and some cases no.

Comment by corry-lee brown on October 25, 2011 at 1:07: I don't think age should matter. People mature at diff levels. Some people can be just boring or great at a conversation at any age. If the person holds your interests or makes you smile or laugh then why would the age matter??? but that's just me.
