Haven't talked so so many friends for so long. I am 54 years old and worked for the state, then retired. Widowed as of July this year.

Let's have a discussion. I am willing to listen if you have problems you would like to share. I have taken many Psychology classes and like helping people not a qualified Psych. , but I like to help with what I do know.

Love to see old friends and go work out.   Drop me a line and say hi.

Hi Carol.

You are only 54 years young. Sorry to hear about your husband.

But it sound like you have the right attitude getting out and having fun :-D

Hi Carol,

Sorry to hear about your husband.  Bereavements can be hard i lost my mum nearly 16 years ago and still miss her. Interesting your into psychology. I'd like to do a course in that, were your courses very expensive?  I have problems with Self Esteem myself and i have found Paul Mckenna self hypnosis cd and book excellent for helping me with this. Also Self Esteem Affirmations Cd by Louise L Hay. What would you say from your phychology experience would help with my self esteem.  I'll have to send you a private message, more detailed about this when i've got time.  Regards Chez

Hi Carol, i have lost a sister and my nan in a year of each other, i  think i am coming to terms with it now all though it knocked me sideways and everyway, but I try to think how lucky i am to have such a lovely family to pull me through.  I have found some lovely people on here too and talking does help. looking forward to chatting and getting to know more about you as well. xx

Hi Carol,

I'm sorry about your lost. I hope you be fine soon. I would like to be your friend. My english doesn't help, but I can try, ultimately, life is an incessant struggle in search of the challenges, is not it?
